Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • One onion
  • One jar of Korma
  • 200g wild rice
  • Half cauliflower chopped and pre boiled for 5 mins
  • Courgette

Method

  • Cook wild rice according to instructions
  • Chop onion, add tbsp. olive oil to frying pan and Add chopped courgette fry on medium heat until onion is translucent
  • Add chopped pre-boiled cauliflower stir and cook for approx. 5 mins
  • Add jar of korma sauce and cook for 5mins
  • Serve rice and korma sauce.
